In-House Demagnetization
GaussKO provides in-house demagnetisation services for customer parts at its facilities in Gussago (Brescia, Italy) and Villa d’Adda (Bergamo, Italy).
This service is ideal for small series or sample parts with residual magnetism that need to meet specific limits. In addition to demagnetsation, the process is often used to analyze the parts for magnetism and to develop tailored demagnetization procedures for future series production.
On-Site Demagnetization
On customer premises demagnetization service is available when components or machines cannot be easily moved or time is a critical factor.
GaussKO uses various demagnetizers depending on the application, including high-precision, low-frequency sine pulse demagnetization, which minimizes risks from induced voltages or currents.
This method allows critical components, such as servomotors and sensors, to remain installed and only requires deactivation during the process.
